Step #1: Onboarding
First, after purchasing one of our plans, we will send you a questionnaire to understand your brand and goals better.
When you fill out the questionnaire, we'll start preparing a personalised email campaign and warm up your new company's domain.
Step #2: Tech and research issues
Apart from taking care of email outreach's creative and strategic aspects, we also ensure our clients' main domain is safe. To avoid putting it at risk, we create and warm up a new domain for them!
Then we finalize an email strategy and start generating prospects.
Step #3: Approval and launch
Once the campaign is ready, we ask for our clients' approval and launch it upon request.
In this step, we also start measuring results and generating first leads.
Step #4: Follow-up emails
According to statistics, only 2% of sales are made during the first contact. Sometimes your prospects need an extra push. So we always send follow-up emails to help close deals.
